We want you to love your SINCITY brush set. If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return your 17-piece makeup brush set within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All brushes must be in perfect condition
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or damaged brushes
• Items not in original packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out straight away.
